Fox Chase Healthcare is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to high standards, with flexible shifts and competitive salary potential.

Responsibilities include food prep assistance, serving meals, sanitation, and assisting with daily cleaning. Safe-Serve certification and a High School diploma are required; prior food service experience is helpful. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Safe-Serve Certification required.
• Previous food service experience helpful.
• Ability to follow diet lists and portion food as specified.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in identified aspects of food preparation.
• Handling food and equipment according to sanitation policies and procedures.
• Delivering food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas as instructed by supervisor.
• Providing an enhanced dining service, serving meals and preparing/delivering snacks.
• Assisting in daily or scheduled cleaning duties per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and sanitary handling of food, equipment and utensils.
• Ensure residents and families receive high-quality service in a caring atmosphere.
