Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dietary aide to assist with meal service and dining room duties. No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

This role includes every other weekend and holiday shifts and requires flexibility between 6 am and 8 pm. You will portion and deliver meals, assist with tray delivery, dishroom and cleaning tasks, and help maintain a pleasant dining environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to speak English adequately to perform job.
• Must be flexible between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required.

Responsibilities

• Portioning and serving of food items.
• Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors.
• Cleaning of dining rooms.
• Working on the tray line.
• Working in the dish room and pot sink.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Disposal of trash and recyclables.
• Per Diem duties as outlined by Director of Dietary Services.
