Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in Pennsylvania. You will help prepare and serve meals, assist with dining room setup and cleanup, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for residents under guidance from the Nutrition Services Manager.

The role is entry-level with on-the-job training; minors may require a work permit where required by state law. A strong benefits package supports health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room
• Perform short order cooking and various prep tasks in the kitchen
