Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services for residents on a full-time basis. This entry-level role includes on-the-job training and offers a generous benefits package within a not-for-profit senior living setting.

You will assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining room setup/cleanup under the guidance of the Nutrition Services Manager. Starting pay ranges from $15.58 to $18.53 per hour, with health, retirement, and scholarship benefits

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training.
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room.
• Perform some short order cooking and a variety of prep tasks in the kitchen.
