Job summary

Powerlink Healthcare Support Services seeks a Dietary Aide to join our Foodservice Operations team in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires food preparation, sanitation, inventory control, and adherence to therapeutic diets, working under the Culinary Manager.

Candidates should have strong customer service experience, be able to work weekends and holidays, and be fluent in English. ServSafe or Food Handler certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of food service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicates effectively.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays with flexible hours.
• Background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary cooks and support kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area with sanitation and safety practices.
• Handle food preparation, production control and inventory management.
• Assist with therapeutic diets and modified textures as prescribed.
• Perform general sanitation tasks including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
