Job summary

Mid-Valley Health Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll assist with food preparation and serving while ensuring cleanliness and sanitary practices, under direction from the Food Service Director or Cook.

The facility is quiet with a 38-bed capacity and prides itself on a family-like atmosphere. We offer flexible pay options, including on-demand and weekly pay, plus education support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service in kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
