Harborview-Thomaston is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our nursing home team. You will plate and serve meals according to menus, while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in a busy kitchen.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or long-term care dietary experience and can follow verbal and written instructions. This on-site role offers top pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the director of dietary services.
• Work with urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate, and satisfying.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
