Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Pottstown, PA. The role includes serving meals, delivering trays, assisting with tray line service, and maintaining kitchen and dining areas to support resident well-being.

Shifts include 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM; both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. A high school diploma or GED and English proficiency are required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Positive interaction with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms.
• Assist with tray line service.
• Operate dish room and pot sink.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash and recyclables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
