Dietary Aide - Del Rosa Villa (Food Services)

Del Rosa Villa is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide.

Pay: $18 per hour

Job Duties:
  1. Learn food service routines quickly.
  2. Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
  3. Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
  4. Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at the beginning of shift.
  5. Monitor water temperatures during dishwashing cycles.
  6. Operate dishwasher.
  7. Prepare nourishments and snacks.
  8. Sweep and mop the kitchen.
  9. Handle trash and garbage disposal.
  10. Store groceries safely and neatly.
  11. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  12. Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
  13. Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
  14. Work cooperatively with personnel across all departments.
