To join this team please have the following requirements:
  • Primary series of COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine)
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Prior work experience with food preparation a plus
  • For full time position: ServSafe Certification required for when working as a cook
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation and meal service to residents
  • Responsible to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and eating areas
  • Follow direction in regards to compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures and regulations
  • A team player, eager to help out wherever necessary
