As a Dietary Aide, your responsibilities include performing various duties such as food preparation, maintaining dietary equipment and supplies in a sanitary condition, serving meals, busing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining the dining area.

You should have an understanding of the operations within an Assisted Living Community, including regulatory compliance. A passion for working with seniors and leading by example as a team member are essential qualities.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
