Job summary

Avante at Mt. Dora is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation and service of resident meals, snacks and beverages in accordance with federal, state and local standards and Avante’s Policies.

Under the Dining Services Manager, you will help ensure a quality dining experience for all Residents, maintaining safety, accuracy and a caring, collaborative team environment. Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a HS diploma or GED, and related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and follow directions.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of resident meals, snacks and beverages.
• Follow federal, state and local standards and Avante policies to ensure quality dining.
• Support the Dining Services Manager to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents.
