Job summary

Grasmere-Place in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents. You will help serve nutritious, visually appealing meals and support meal service in a fast-paced, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing
• Assist in meal service in a timely and organized manner
• Ensure food is served according to portion control procedures
• Perform daily cleaning duties following facility policies and procedures
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and the dining room to enhance the mealtime experience
• Prepare and deliver snacks and additional dietary items as needed
