Job description

This is a PRN (as needed) position. Maximum of 29 hours per week, and is not benefit eligible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Cook patient meals according to prescribed recipe
2. Follow all safety and sanitation rules as well as all Federal and State guidelines for food service
3. Prepare patient trays according to instruction and deliver to the PCU unit
4. Provide cafeteria service to employees and public; as well as collect payment
5. Perform and record temperatures of all required equipment
6. Follow cleaning guidelines for kitchen and dish sanitation
7. Follow instructions for all electrical equipment

Secondary Functions: All other duties assigned by CDM.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Skills	Ability to read, write, and understand simple math equations
Licensure	CDM preferred (Not Required)
