Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide/Cook for full-time day/evening shifts. The role involves preparing and serving meals, meeting dietary needs, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Food Handler certification.
• Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Dietary Aide/Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals to our residents, ensuring that dietary needs are met in a safe, clean, cooking and respectful environment. This role plays an important part in enhancing residents' dining experiences and supporting their nutritional well-being.

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' preferences.
