Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions, Willow Grove Post Acute, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our residents with meals and nourishment. You will follow diet orders, prepare and serve meals, and maintain hygienic, sanitized work areas in a fast-paced facility.

We value a compassionate, patient attitude and flexibility to work a schedule that includes every other weekend. Full-time positions include PTO and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
