Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and serving residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary needs and portion sizes while contributing to a positive dining experience for residents and staff.

You will keep kitchen and dining areas clean, sanitize equipment, and follow food safety guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, service-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Residency within the service area may be required.
• State/County vaccination or certification requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
