Care Initiatives is seeking Dietary Staff to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. You will perform duties related to food service, including serving portions, transporting carts, and delivering trays while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to food table service including serving hot and cold portions to residents.
• Set up and clear tables, transport food carts.
• Deliver trays to rooms with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
