Responsibilities

• Assists with all food functions in accordance with policies.
• Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services as needed and implements changes.
• Assists with service and delivery of food trays to designated areas and cleaning of kitchen areas.
• Prepares and delivers snacks and serves meals according to portion controls.
• Maintains clean work areas, washes utensils and dishes, and ensures a safe, hazard-free environment.
