Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Rogers, AR is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our nursing facility dining services. You will follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments.

Responsibilities include preparing food items, serving meals, handling dishes with proper hygiene, operating dietary equipment, and maintaining clean, sanitized work areas. A friendly, patient attitude and a flexible schedule (every other weekend) are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
