Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for Shamrock Nursing Center in Charlotte, NC. The role supports residents by ensuring proper meal preparation, tray delivery, and sanitation in a nursing facility environment.

You will work with a care-focused team, following dietary orders and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and dining area. Weekend flexibility is required, with benefits such as PTO and health insurance for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks accurately in a fast-paced setting.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with hygiene in mind.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas per safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and sanitation chemicals.
