Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for a nursing facility role. You will follow dietary orders, assist with meal service, and help maintain safe, sanitary kitchen areas for residents.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced setting with flexible scheduling, including every other weekend, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamwork in daily tasks.

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
