Job summary

Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, CA is seeking a dedicated team member to support patient food services on assigned units. You'll handle menu selections, tray assembly, and tray delivery, ensuring catering rounds meet patients' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities include requesting patient menus before meals and delivering accurate trays, while maintaining a friendly, caring attitude and supporting the Catering to You program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six (6) months food service experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $24.00 / hour

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Responsible for patient food services on assigned units; e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs for Catering to You Program. Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when introducing the Catering to You program, taking menu selections, delivering trays, inquiring during catering rounds and retrieving trays. Takes patients menu selections prior to each meal.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6) months food service experience
