Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic, measurement reading and following instructions are required.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multitasking are essential.
• Ability to anticipate resident needs and provide friendly service.
• English reading, writing and speaking is required to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents and set up trays.
• Deliver snacks and assist with special event food requests.
• Maintain food quality and temperature and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Deliver and retrieve trays, wash dishes and clean tables and equipment.
• Comply with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with residents and families.
