Downs Care and Rehab in Downs, KS is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will help prepare and serve meals, set up trays, and ensure dietary guidelines are followed with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to interact with residents, vendors and team members.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve meals to residents, starting with setting up trays and serving regular meals; prepare snacks and fulfill special event requests.
• Deliver high level of customer service by following dietary guidelines and approved menus.
• Deliver and retrieve trays at meal times and wash dishes.
• Maintain sanitary conditions, clean tables and equipment, and adhere to safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues, upholding company policies.
