Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
• Must be comfortable around cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Must be able to work with other routines such as preparing food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work area.
• Looking for patient and tolerant candidates to be part of our Dietary Team.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and tray service in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Maintain clean work area and handle soiled dishes.
• Operate basic dietary equipment as required.
