Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions provides dietary, housekeeping, and laundry services within Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center. A Dietary Aide in this nursing facility helps prepare meals, portion trays, and maintain sanitary dining areas in a fast-paced setting.

We seek compassionate, flexible team players who can work weekends on a rotating basis. Full-time staff receive PTO and insurance benefits as part of our commitment to employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
