Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse per policies and procedures.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per FIFO standards.
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals according to recipes and sheet instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment properly.
