Responsibilities

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
• Deliver items as requested by resident care units or residents.
• Maintain tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
• Prepare special diet foods as necessary.
• Deliver food carts to patient care units and return carts to the kitchen.
