• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse according to policies and procedures
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Prepare foods: follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely
• Serve meals: portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
