Job summary

Brookwood Care Community is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service and resident nutrition. You will assist in food preparation, prepare and deliver meal trays, and ensure trays align with prescribed diets.

The role emphasizes sanitation, safety, and timely service within a caring, resident-centered environment. You will work with the care team to support nutrition goals, follow established procedures, and communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established food policies and procedures.
• Provide meal trays and deliveries according to diets and schedules.
• Assist in food preparation for meals and special events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to all food functions per policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver meals to nurses' station for med passes.
• Set up resident meals trays per diets and menus.
• Deliver, collect, and sanitize meal trays on the nursing floor.
