Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist with prep, and ensure a clean dining environment while delivering friendly, resident-focused service.

Starting pay is USD 11.50 per hour with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, earned wage access, and training opportunities. Residency in service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state/county law.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
