Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a caring Dietary Aide for Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to support nutritious meal service in a busy nursing facility.

You will follow diet orders, prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and handle sanitation chemicals while staying flexible for weekend shifts. PTO and health benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
