Position Summary

The dietary aide assists with meal preparation, delivery, and clean-up in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.

Qualifications
  • Must have a ROCKSTAR attitude
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
Essential Functions
  • Assist with food prep and delivery; wash dishes and utensils maintaining sanitation standards
  • Handle chemicals safely using PPE
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
  • Perform cleaning duties as scheduled
  • Report equipment issues promptly
  • Adhere to dress code and workplace behavior standards
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Provide positive customer service to residents, families, and team members
  • Perform other duties as needed
Physical Requirements

Ability to perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, with or without accommodations.

Work Schedule

Includes some weekends, evenings, and holidays; non-exempt position.
