Dietary Aide/Assistant

FULL TIME

SBHS has a Full Time Dietary Aide position available. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring patient trays are labeled and delivered properly
• Assisting with serving meals when needed
• Preparation of food
• Working in the dish room
• Maintaining an adequate supply of beverages
• Ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times
• Assisting the cook as required
• Stocking kitchen necessities on each floor as required

Qualifications

Experience/Education: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in food service and basic sanitation knowledge preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Food Handler’s Certificate or enrolled in a certification program within 60 days of hire.
