Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. If you’re dependable, friendly, and enjoy contributing to residents’ daily well-being, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you will assist with meal prep, tray assembly, and delivering nourishments, while following food safety guidelines to ensure resident satisfaction and safety in a team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• A friendly, dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Help prepare, portion, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.
• Assist with tray assembly and ensure each resident gets the right meal.
• Deliver nourishments to residents as prescribed.
• Prepare, label, store, and dispose of food using proper food handling and safety techniques.
• Wash and store dishes and utensils, and record wash, rinse, and chemical temperatures.
• Complete kitchen and dining room cleaning assignments using proper chemicals and techniques.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
