Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Chef Manager, the Dietary Aide will wait tables, fill condiments, wash and dry dishes, and assist as needed. Duties are implemented considering the age-specific needs of the individuals served. This role does not involve supervision of others.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of food service/restaurant experience preferred
• Must pass PA State Police criminal history check
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy interacting with elderly people
• Willing to work flexible hours

Physical Demands

Light work involving exerting up to 20 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently. Requires bending, reaching, stooping, standing for prolonged periods, and transporting oneself throughout the facility.

Working Conditions

Work takes place in well-lit, ventilated dining, dish, and kitchen areas. The position involves working around wet or damp floors and in kitchen environments.
