Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, turn, stoop and stretch.
• Ability to unload and stock groceries on shelves of various heights and to lift large items up to 50lbs.
• Ability to write and record data, to read and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in cases of emergency.
• Ability to communicate with residents, staff, family members in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of meals and snacks, and clean up of dining areas.
• Assist with receiving, rotating and storing supplies and food.
• Interact daily with residents and help maintain a clean dining environment.
• Follow infection control, safety and sanitation rules and keep storage areas clean and safe.
