Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and cleanup in a caring environment. You will help ensure accurate meal trays, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures while supporting residents’ nutrition needs.

What You’ll Do

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery

• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly
• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders
• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly
• Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation

What We’re Looking For

• A patient, respectful, and upbeat attitude—especially when working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable, dependable, and able to perform the essential functions of the role
