Palm Gardens Health and Rehabilitation LLC in Mobile, AL is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and patient nourishment in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will ensure sanitary work areas, follow menus and diet orders, and help maintain food safety. Weekend and holiday rotation required with competitive wages and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery.
• Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary.
• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly.
• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders.
• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly.
• Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation.
