Job summary

The Views of Cedar Rapids is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to enrich residents’ dining experiences and promote a warm community atmosphere. You’ll assist in meal prep, set up dining areas, serve meals and beverages, and engage residents in conversation to make mealtimes enjoyable.

Join our team and contribute to a positive work environment that values care, teamwork, and the well‑being of our residents. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required.
