Responsibilities

• Perform work routines using dietary utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned by the Dietary Manager.
• Assist the cook in meal preparation and service.
• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Follow federal and state regulations and departmental policies.
• Perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Assist in arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals.
• Set up the dining room and serve residents.
• Wash and store dishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Serious applicants only
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
