Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly Patient Ambassador to join the ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin dietary team. This role handles menu selection, delivers meals to patients, and ensures timely service, providing warm, responsive customer care in a hospital setting.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts, day/evening/night options, and competitive hourly pay at $18/hour. Candidates must pass background checks and eligibility verification, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience in cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Patient Ambassador

• Wage: $18/hour

Physical Requirements
