Dietary Aide – The Marquardt

Location: Watertown, WI

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Dietary Aide to join our food service team at The Marquardt. In this role, you’ll help provide delicious meals and excellent service to our residents, staff, and guests by assisting with food preparation, dining room service, and sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean dining areas with attention to detail and sanitation


• Deliver food trays and dishes to designated areas or rooms


• Clear tables and return dishware to the kitchen


• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment


• Remove trash and food waste following proper guidelines


• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed


• Assist with basic food prep under supervision


• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and service areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary, kitchen, or customer service roles is a plus


• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices


• Friendly, reliable, and able to work as part of a team


• Good physical condition and stamina for a fast-paced environment


• Must be 18 years or older


• Certification in food service or sanitation is a plus (not required)


• CBRF Certification is a plus (not required)
