Job summary

Avantara Watertown is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our care-focused team. You will help residents with meals, ensure the right items for each dish, and maintain safety through temperature checks and sanitation.

We are currently searching for Dietary Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team! Avantara Watertown is rapidly growing and our team is looking to invest in Dietary Aides by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
