Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support residents' nutritional needs in a warm, welcoming setting. You will assist in food preparation, service, and cleaning, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This full-time role offers opportunities to work with a dedicated dietary team, deliver excellent resident service, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including food production, plating, and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.

About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Dietary Aide will assist in food preparation, serving, and cleaning, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
