Assist in the preparation and service of meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dietary department, adhering to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and plating, as needed
Deliver meals to residents in their rooms or other designated areas, ensuring excellent customer service and attention to resident needs
Participate in menu planning and inventory management, ensuring accurate and efficient food storage and rotation
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless food service operations
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts or related experience preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
