Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

About the role

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking dietary aides to join our Dietary team, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining room. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team and make an impact on patient care!

Open Shifts

• Day shift: Sunday - Thursday
• Part-time night shift

Essential Functions

The Dietary Aide helps prepare dining rooms and tables, provides meal service to residents, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.

• Delivers meals to resident rooms at designated times and sets up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Maintains clean dining areas & dishes using appropriate procedures, discards leftovers & empties trash.
• Understands and follows color coding and abbreviations of tray cards and therapeutic menus.
• Assists the Cook and Dietary Manager as directed.
• Stocks ingredients and monitors inventory.
• Helps maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Attends all mandatory in-services, educational trainings, and department meetings.

Requirements

• Friendly with good communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents
• Ability to read
• Meet physical demands: stand, sit, walk extended lengths of time, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines is a plus
