Bon Secours St Francis Hospital Downtown is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join the hospital kitchen team. You will assist patients with menu selection, deliver meals promptly, and provide courteous service to ensure patient satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years old, English communication, and ability to work in a team. Full-time shifts (Day/Evening/Night) are available, with background checks and standard health screenings as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
