Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a dietary aide to assist in food preparation and service within a skilled nursing environment. You will help maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas, following health policies and dietary procedures.

The role offers on-site shifts, Full-Time or Part-Time options, and opportunities for tuition assistance. Wage ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour with benefits eligibility from the first month after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
